This patch can be installed on the following systems:
- NOAH System 3.6.1 (build 2976)
The following issues are fixed in Patch A
- eTONA fails when adding a new eTONA action while existing eTONA actions are being processed (3785)
- A NOAH client crash during eTONA order creation requires a NOAH Server restart (3921)
- Client data fields Address 3, Referral and Physician are mixed up (3999)
- GDI objects leak in the NOAHDatabaseTrayMenu.exe (4002)
- A Backup reminder displays every time NOAH is launched (4006)
- eTONA locks up in a network environment (4014)
- The font in the eTONA Transaction Browser is the incorrect size (4016)
- An upgrade to 3.6.1 from 3.5.2 does not attach the eTONA database correctly (4019)
To ensure that the patch is installed properly:
If you would like to ensure that patch A is installed properly, open NOAH System and choose “About NOAH” from the Help menu. The version number in this window should read 3.6.1 (2976A).
IMPORTANT: Uninstalling this patch will make NOAH System fail to launch.
If you are applying this patch to NOAH System 3.6.1 you should not uninstall this patch. If you do so, you must reinstall NOAH System 3.6.1 to get NOAH System up and running again.
To perform a silent installation of this patch (for office systems only):
- Start the setup with the following commandline:
setup.exe -s -f2"logfilepath\filename"
example: setup.exe -s -f2"c:\program files\himsa\install.log"
- The result of the installation is written in the registry at the following position:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HIMSA\PatchInstallResult
0: Installation succeeded.
-1: This patch is only for NOAH 3.6.1
Installation will be discontinued.
-2: The installation program cannot locate the NOAH directory.
