HIMSA is pleased to announce the addition of Sue Falkingham to the HIMSA organisation.

“Sue brings a wide variety of experience from her previous positions in the hearing care field,” stated Niels Munksgaard, Managing Director at HIMSA. “We are sure that she will prove to be a huge asset in our continuing effort to evolve the NOAH software.”

Sue has been working in audiology since 1990 when she started her training at a general hospital in the U.K. Her main focus has always been adult auditory rehabilitation and she specialized in this area by also training as a hearing therapist.

Sue was key to the implementation of digital hearing aid provision within the hospital service. Sue has also worked training staff in the use of office management system and fitting equipment around the U.K., and has gained experience in a commercial sales environment covering various territories in the U.K.

Sue looks forward to her new role at HIMSA.

“I hope to use my clinical knowledge of the workflow audiologists want to assist in the development of a more flexible intuitive NOAH product,” said Sue.
