In order to comply with the HIPAA security rules, all activities related to patient data must be logged. Logging functions only reflect the activity that has taken place but do not record the actual data. The following activities are logged by Noah System:
- User Activity: Users logging into and out of the system. Changes to user accounts (add, edit, deleted). Also includes changes to user level rights and login administration (i.e., password expiry, settings, etc.)
