The Noah Questionnaire Module allows Noah users to complete, store and retrieve industry-standard questionnaires to assist in the provision of evidence-based hearing health care. Version 2.0 includes the COSI questionnaire (in all Noah languages) and the APHAB questionnaire (in English, German, Hungarian and Portuguese-Brazil).
The Questionnaire Module is a free add-on for registered Noah users.
