Configuring client demographic data input options
  1. In the Client Register, click Tools > Setup > Client Data Setup.
  2. Open the Customize Fields tab.
  3. To select fields which must be completed when creating a new client record, fill the checkbox at the required fields.
  4. At Client Numbering, select Automatic if NOAH is to generate the client number, or Manual if the user creating the new client record must determine the client number.
  5. To make the Created by and Date created fields ineditable, select Lock at Lock Fields.
  6. Open the Optional Fields tab.
  7. To select the optional fields to appear in the Client Details window, select fields in the Available fields window, then click Add.
  8. In the Selected client demographic fields:
    • To remove optional fields from the Client Details window, select a field, then click Remove.
    • To rename an optional field, select the field, then click Rename. Enter the new name, then click OK.
  1. To return to NOAH System's default selection, click Default.
  2. Click OK.
