If you sell your practice, you may need to transfer your NOAH 3 license to the new owner.
To transfer the license, E-mail or fax HIMSA a signed letter requesting a license transfer due to the sale or purchase of an office. The letter should be on your company letterhead, and needs to include:
- the NOAH 3 serial number,
- the former owner, complete company name, address and telephone numbers.
- when the purchase was made,
- who the new owner is, complete company name, contact name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address.
After the letter is received by HIMSA, we will change the license information in our license registration system. We will notify the new owner when this has taken place and tell them they may go ahead and download the license file.
