Using the Journal module

  1. In the Client Register, select a client.
  2. Click the Session Browser icon - journal1.jpg.
  3. Click the Module Selection icon - journal2.jpg.
  4. Open the Other tab. Double-click on the NOAH Journal icon.
  5. The Journal contains the most recent Journal entry for the client, if one exists. You can edit this entry ONLY if it was created on the same day.
  6. To create a new entry, click the New icon - journal3.jpg.
  7. Open the Journal Entry tab. Enter journal details. Click the Save icon - journal4.jpg.

NOTE: You can make changes to this entry until midnight. After that, you cannot change the entry.

  1. To view one previous entry for the client, use the pull-down menu at Entry. To view all previous entries, open the View All tab.
  2. To print the journal entry, click Journal Module > Print > Current Entry (or All Entries).
  3. To specify default text to appear in the Subject box for each new entry, click Format > Set Default Format Text. Enter your text, then click OK.
