Printing client demographic data

1. In the Client Register, select a client. Click the Print Client Data icon - . The Print window opens.

2. Select the printer and print options you require.
3. Click OK. A one page report containing the client's demographic data is printed.

Printing a basic report

NOTE: You CANNOT print a Basic Report if your client has no audiogram data.

1. In the Client Register, select a client. Click File > Print Client Data Report > Basic Report.
2. You may receive some of the following messages:

• NOAH cannot find the audiogram on which this instrument selection was based: Select the audiogram of your choice. Click OK.
• NOAH cannot print the basic report. There are no audiogram actions for this client: You cannot print a basic report unless the client has audiogram data.

3. The Print window opens. Check Print Fitting action(s) on separate pages, if required. Click Configure to select a different fitting based on the selected audiogram. After making your choices, click OK.
4. Select the printer and print options you require.
5. Click OK. A one page summary report containing demographic and session data is printed.

Printing an extended report

1. In the Client Register, select a client. Click File > Print Client Data Report > Extended Report. The Print window opens.
2. Click Configure. The Select Actions window opens.
3. Select actions in the Printable actions window, then click Add. In the Report actions window, select an action and click Remove or Move up/Move down, depending on your preferences. Click OK.
4. Select the printer and print options you require.
5. Click OK to print a multiple page report containing demographic and detailed session data.

NOTE: If your extended report prints only blank pages, you may not have set up the report options. Refer to Configuring reports under Related Links to the right of this page.
