The following instructions describe how to install and uninstall HIMSA and other modules.

Installing

1. Have the module installation CD or file ready to hand: Non-NOAH modules can be obtained from your supplier on CD. NOAH modules are automatically installed when you install NOAH System. If you wish to obtain the latest NOAH modules, refer to NOAH modules under Related Links to the right of this page - then, save the files to a folder on your system. Remember this location as you will need it later.
2. Open NOAH System. In the Client Register, click on Tools > Setup > Install Module. The Module Installation dialog appears.

3. Click Install New Module. The Module Installation browser window opens.
4. For non-NOAH modules, insert the installation CD into your computer's appropriate drive and select the drive containing the CD. For NOAH modules, browse to the folder in which you saved the module files.
5. Select the installation file, usually called Install.ini. Click Open.

IMPORTANT: The following window may appear. Do NOT press OK until after module installation has completed. Otherwise, installation will fail.

6. Follow the module installation instructions.

Uninstalling

IMPORTANT: Do NOT remove the Legacy Host or the Journal module. If these modules are removed, NOAH System will need to be re-installed.

1. Open NOAH System. In the Client Register, click on Tools > Setup > Install Module. The Module Installation dialog appears.
2. Select the module to be removed. Then click Uninstall.
3. NOAH prompts you to confirm the uninstallation. Click Yes. The module is uninstalled.

Opening

1. Open NOAH System. In the Client Register, select a client.
2. Click the Session Browser icon to open the Session Browser window - .
3. Click the Module Selection icon to open the Module Selection window - .
4. Open the relevant tab - Fitting, Measurement or Other.
5. Double-click on the module of your choice.
