Displaying hearing instrument serial numbers in NOAH

Serial number information is publicly formatted data in both NOAH 2 and in NOAH 3. NOAH 2 provided a place to display the last saved serial number information as part of the patient record display. NOAH 3 does not have a default area for serial number display.

Some companies have or will design their fitting software to display the serial number as part of the selection action in the NOAH 3 session browser.

In other cases it is possible to use the NOAH 3 Search functionality to locate a saved serial number.

Another solution would be to modify user definable fields under Tools/Setup/Client Data Setup. The numbers can then be entered manually and stored with client demographic information.
