After installing updates to Norton Internet Security 2008 and rebooting your machine, an Idispatch error is displayed when logging into NOAH System 3.6.


Cause

The following NOAH processes have been blocked: DBServerhostsvc and NOAHServerService.exe

Solution

Open the Norton Protectionservice center and select View history.
Select the DBServerhostservice and NOAH ServerService.exe, which will be displayed as blocked processes, and allow access.
