Description
A new entry is created under Client Group for a client. However, after closing and re-opening the client details, the client is no longer attached to this group.
Solution
- Select the client in the Client Register. Click the Edit Client icon -
. - Write the name of the new group in the Client Group window.
- Then click the pull-down menu and select this new name which now appears in the list. This ensures your client is added to the new group.
- Click OK.
