Windows XP Service Pack 2 implements many changes to protect users from Internet security threats. One protection that can impact NOAH 3 users is the blocking of file downloads.

The final step in NOAH 3 installation is downloading and installing the NOAH 3 License file. When registering NOAH 3, you will be prompted to select Download.

With Windows XP SP2, when you click Download it will appear that nothing has happened. In fact, the license file download has been blocked. If you check under the website Address Bar you will see the following:

Click on the message and choose Download File. Save the file License.exe to your Desktop and run the file on the PC with NOAH 3 installed.
