Cause
The following issue only applies to NOAH installations running on Windows Vista.
If you attempt to install a module from within NOAH (e.g. use tools/setup/install module) and do not run the program as an administrator, you will see the message above.
Solution
To install a module within NOAH System on Vista, follow the steps below.
NOTE: Only modules written for NOAH 2 need to be installed inside NOAH. If the module was designed for NOAH 3, you may close NOAH 3 and run the setup.exe for the module installation directly.
- Locate the NOAH 3.6.1 icon on the desktop. Right click on the icon and select run as administrator. This will start NOAH System.

- You will next see the screen shown in the screen shot below. Select the allow option on the message that states “An Unidentified program wants access to your computer”.

- NOAH will launch. Log on to the system as usual and now you will be able to install the module from inside NOAH.
