Could not connect to the Selected NOAH database ... ensure that this server is accessible
You are upgrading to NOAH System 3.6.1 from a previous version of NOAH System but your NOAH Server is now located on a different computer.
Could not connect to...NOAH database/ Error description: IDispatch 48
Logging into NOAH 3.6.1 results in an IDispatch 48 error message.
Error: “NOAH Engine Installation Failed” while upgrading to version 3.6.1 on Windows XP HOME
IMPORTANT: HIMSA does not support the XP HOME operating system for use with NOAH System. We therefore strongly recommend that you update your computer operating system to a supported Windows operating system.
Error: 208

The NOAH 3.6.1 Prerequisite Installer is failing during Microsoft SQL installation – Error 945.
Message during NOAH 3.6.1 login: “It was xx days since a backup of the database was made”
If the backup reminder is enabled in a NOAH Systems installation, version number 3.1.2 or earlier, a message will be displayed when logging in after upgrading to version 3.6.1.
Microsoft Update causes .NET to be corrupted

This error effects both 3.6.1 and 3.5.2 installations.

NOAH upgrade failed

When upgrading to NOAH System 3.6.1.

NOAH User and System Options set to Default after a NOAH 3.6.1 Upgrade
If you had set special preferences, after upgrading to NOAH 3.6.1, you will need to reset these options.
Server Busy error message appears while backing up a NOAH System 3.6.1 database

When backing up a NOAH System 3.6.1 database the user may see the Server Busy message during the backup.

Unrecognized database format

When logging into NOAH System.

You must be running NOAH as administrator in order to install/uninstall a module.
The following issue only applies to NOAH installations running on Windows Vista. If you attempt to install a module written for NOAH 2 from within NOAH (e.g. use tools/setup/install module) and do not run the program as an administrator, you will see this error message.
