Problem:
Logging into NOAH 3.6.1 results in one or more of the following error messages:

Cause:
The NOAH client has lost contact with NOAH server
Solution:
IMPORTANT: This problem is solved by installing Patch B for NOAH 3.6.1. You can download Patch B here.
For an immediate fix:
- On the machine with the NOAH server installation, open the NOAH console. Select NOAH Engine and go to Management.
- Stop and Restart the NOAH server service
If this does not solve the problem, reboot the server.
