Issue Attempting to install NOAH 3.1.2 Server on a Windows 2003 SP1 server, the installation fails at the end and returns a message:
Solution - Turn on the Windows Firewall. This is done under Control Panels, Security Center.
- Run the DWCONF.exe tool. You can download the tool from our download site.
- Reinstall the 3.1.2 server.
- Install Patch E for NOAH System 3.1.2.
- If you like, you can then turn off the Windows firewall.
