NOAH System contains options that can be defined as a system option or an option per user. Some examples are listed below:

• Client numbering, Manual or Automatic (System Option)
  
  
  
  
• Display of Demographic fields in the All Clients Tab. For example, Client Group, Address, and Social Security number. (User Option)
  
  
  
  
• The option of having certain fields required when entering new patients, i.e. Social Security Number, Date of Birth, etc. (System Option)
  
  
  
  

On an upgrade to NOAH 3.6.1 these options are reset to the defaults. If you had set special preferences, after upgrading to NOAH 3.6.1 you will need to reset these options.
