Description

After upgrading to NOAH 3.6.1 the following message appears when logging in:

Your evaluation period is over.

This message appears because the NOAH license file has not been moved during upgrade from the Core Components folder to the HIMSA Shared directory. The system then cannot locate the file during installation and returns an error message.

Solution

Try ONE of the following:

1. Locate the NOAH license file noah.lfat C:\Program Files\HIMSA\NOAH System\Executable Files\NOAH Components\Core Components. Move the file to C:\Program Files\Common Files\HIMSA Shared.
2. Re-run the license that you downloaded from the HIMSA web site.
