You are upgrading to NOAH System 3.6 or later from a previous version of NOAH System but your NOAH Server is now located on a different computer.

Logging into NOAH results in an error message.

When trying to login to NOAH System a message is displayed: “Your user name and/or password has been entered incorrectly. Please try again.” Followed by, “Failed to log on to the system”.

IMPORTANT: HIMSA does not support the XP HOME operating system for use with NOAH System. We therefore strongly recommend that you update your computer operating system to a supported Windows operating system.

When trying to install the NOAH license file.

If the backup reminder is enabled in a NOAH Systems installation, version number 3.1.2 or earlier, a message will be displayed when logging in after upgrading to version 3.6.1 or later.

This error effects 3.6.1 and later installations.

When upgrading NOAH System.

If you had set special preferences, after upgrading to NOAH 3.6.1 or later, you will need to reset these options.

When adding a new client

While installing NOAH, you may receive a error during the prerequisite installation. (Errors 945, 1603, 1605, 1625, 1706,28086, 29552). If the install fails, do not assume that NOAH must be uninstalled via add/remove programs in order to upgrade to NOAH 3.6.1 or later. Instead, please take some time to look up the error code on this page and follow the tips provided. If the error code is not listed please contact your NOAH support representative.

When launching NOAH System on the server computer.
