Poor communication to NOAHlink
If you cannot locate or connect to the adapter in Bluetooth Neighborhood, or you connect but then lose your connection, please try the following suggestions.
No Bluetooth device detected
Applies to Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2.
'My Bluetooth Places' does not open
Applies to Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2.
Bluetooth PIN code
The Bluetooth PIN code may be requested when connecting to a Bluetooth serial port.
Lotus Notes password
The Lotus Notes password may be requested when installing Bluetooth, rebooting or opening 'My Bluetooth Places'.
Pairing error
when connecting NOAHlink in the Bluetooth Neighborhood.
Driver error
This error may appear on a NOAHlink installation that has previously worked without problems.
NOAHlink loses connection at 5p.m.
NOAHlink loses its connection to the Bluetooth device when the Bluetooth device has been connected to a PC for more than 30000 seconds (eight hours and twenty minutes). An error message “NOAHLink driver error…” is displayed.
