Noah 4 does not support eTONA functionality. When the upgrade detects a NOAH 3 installation with eTONA enabled it will present the below message advising to disable in order to continue with the Noah 4 installation.

eTONA can be disabled in NOAH 3 at Tools, Options, eTONA. If you are running NOAH in a network setup, eTONA must be disabled on each workstation as well as the server.

If you receive the message on an upgrade of a workstation computer and the server is already updated to Noah 4 you will not be able to disable eTONA functionality through Noah. You can disable eTONA in the registry using the steps below:

1. Open the Windows registry
2. Navigate to HKey_Local_Machine\Software\HIMSA\eTONA\InstallationInfo.
3. Look for the Enable string and change the Value: 1 to Value: 0.
