IMPORTANT:

• A Noah 4 license is not transferrable to NOAH 3.
• Modules will need to be reinstalled in NOAH 3.
• Any patient data required from Noah 4 must be exported in the NHA file format - NHAX cannot be imported to NOAH 3.

To remove Noah 4 and install NOAH 3 please follow the steps below:

1. Export any patient data required from Noah 4 in the NHA file format.
2. Go to Add/Remove Programs.
3. Remove the Noah 4 Journal Module.
4. Uninstall the NOAHaud and Questionnaire modules.
5. Remove Noah 4.
6. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\HIMSA Shared.
7. Select and delete everything in this directory EXCEPT the NOAHlink directory - if you are not a NOAHlink user, simply delete the entire HIMSA Shared directory.
   NOTE: This step will delete the Noah 4 database.
8. Install NOAH 3.7.
9. When installation completes launch NOAH 3 and import the NHA file containing patient data, if necessary.
