IMPORTANT: Only install versions of the Aurical Audiometer module that are certified for Noah 4 (4.0.3.0233 and later). Previous versions of the Aurical Audiometer module cannot be installed and will not be displayed in Noah 4. 

Problem

The Aurical Audiometer module versions prior to 4.0.3.0233 will not appear in Noah 4 after installation. It will also cause the following issues:

• Any other module installed after the Aurical Audiometer module will not be displayed in Noah 4
• The error message 429 will be displayed during the installation of a module and the installation will fail:
  
  

Solution

Run a repair of the Noah 4 installation in order to restore the module installation components:

1. Open the Control Panel:
   • On Windows XP: Select “Add/Remove Programs”
   • Windows 7 or Vista: Select “Program and features”
2. Highlight Noah 4 in the list of installed programs, and select “Repair”:
   
   

All modules except for Aurical Audiometer module will now install correctly.

IMPORTANT: If you attempt to install a version of the module prior to 4.0.3.233, the problem will reappear.
