Update October 17th: The latest information indicates that a new Windows update resolves the issue. Note that HIMSA has been notified of this by customers, but have not found an official statement from Microsoft.

HIMSA has been made aware of an issue with Noah System, Noah ES, and some Business Systems, that prevents usage of Noah.
The issue seems to be caused by the Windows update KB5066835 released October 14th.
Solution: At the current time this issue is resolved by uninstalling the KB5066835 update. Please see the steps to do so below.
