Final Reminder: HIMSA ends support for Windows XP on April 8th 2014

  by Support Specialist Ann Monnens

HIMSA would like to remind Noah users that we have officially ended support for Windows XP.

Microsoft has announced that as of April 8th, it will no longer support the Windows XP operating system. This means that Microsoft will no longer provide new security updates, non-security hotfixes, free or paid assisted support options or online technical content updates.

With this in mind, HIMSA can no longer recommend The Windows XP operating system to Noah users.

For Noah users still using Windows XP after April 8th, this means:
  • XP will no longer be used in our QA assurance testing and software certification processes
  • HIMSA will no longer consider XP when developing new versions of Noah 4
  • Windows XP-related support issues will no longer be addressed on our support site
