The First NUG Survey – Incredible Response and One Lucky iPad Winner

by Kim Madsen, Director of Market Research

As many of you already know, last month I sent out an invitation to the first official Noah User Group (NUG) survey for Noah System end users … and the response was simply incredible.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the many of you who chose to participate and help us imagine the future of Noah.

We will use a few weeks to analyze the responses and comments we received from your surveys. When we are done, all NUG members will receive a report on the results as well as our plans for future Noah projects.

Not yet a member of NUG? Be the first to imagine, sign up here.

A Lucky iPad Winner

As we promised, one lucky participant has been chosen to receive an iPad as thanks for their participation. The lucky winner is (drumroll please!):

Dr. Megan O. Jordan, AuD, CCC-A

Megan is a staff audiologist for J Waligora Audiology, a small private practice in Syracuse, New York USA.

Prior to completing her AuD and becoming a clinical audiologist, Megan was a teacher of the deaf. Now she enjoys doing diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings for patients of all ages.

Megan is also an experienced Noah System user, and her clinic just switched from NOAH 3 to Noah 4 about six months ago.

“I love the updated look and all of the new user friendly features”, said Megan “Especially the display of the patient's audiogram and hearing aid serial numbers.”

Megan also enjoys being a member of the Noah User Group.

“I think the Noah User Group has been great so far!,” explained Megan. “I welcome the opportunity to share our experiences with Noah and our needs for the future through surveys like this one. I also enjoyed reading about future Noah features and having the ability to prioritize those features that would be most valuable in our clinical setting.”

Congratulations to Megan on her iPad, and thanks once again to everyone who participated in the survey.
