The end of the year is fast approaching, but HIMSA is not done yet! Here are some of the exciting new features to look forward in the next three months.
Noah System 4.7 with Fast Data Viewing
HIMSA has added a new Fast Data Viewing feature, providing you with immediate access to patient data without opening your Noah modules!
If your Noah module supports Fast Data Viewing, you will see an eye icon next to the module action in the Sessions list. Fast Data Viewing allows Noah modules to save a report with important patient information. The content and design of the report is set by the module developer.
For example, clicking on the eye icon next to a fitting action would show a fitting summary report within a few seconds!
Or click the eye icon next to a Journal Module action to quickly browse the patient’s journal entry.
Noah 4 Audiogram Module with Immittance data
Based on feedback from our Noah User Group (NUG), HIMSA will be adding an Immittance data option in the Noah Audiogram Module.
The new Immittance feature provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface for entering your Tympanometry and Acoustic Reflex data into the Noah database.
Noah 4 Journal Module – now with user defined templates!
The new Noah 4 Journal Module will now allow you to create and store templates for your journal entries.
You can use the templates feature to store common entry text for easy use with other patient entries. Or create your own standard template forms for case histories, fitting followups and more.
... and of course Noahlink Wireless
In last month’s newsletter, HIMSA proudly announced the upcoming release of Noahlink Wireless, the first industry-standard device for programming Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) enabled hearing instruments.
The Noahlink Wireless programmer provides a completely wireless interface between your fitting computer and a patient wearing BLE-enabled hearing aids.
Noahlink Wireless has been developed with the guidance and cooperation of HIMSA’s six partner companies - ReSound, Oticon, Phonak, Sivantos, Starkey, and Widex. It is ready to support BLE-enabled hearing instruments from these companies and more.
Stop by the HIMSA booth C04 at EUHA in Hannover (October 21-23) for a cup of coffee.
We will be happy to give you a preview of Noahlink Wireless, as well as demonstrations of the new Noah System 4.7, Audiogram Module and Journal Module features.
