Using Noah System 4.4 the Noah server service shut down unexpectedly

HIMSA received a small number of reports from locations using Noah System 4.4 on servers that were rebooted infrequently (a month or more between reboots) that the Noah server service would shut down unexpectedly.

After investigation HIMSA determined that the issue may be caused by an outdated third party file used in Noah’s license checking component. This resulted in memory management issues for the Noah server service. This component has been updated in Noah 4.5 and the memory management issue has been resolved.
