Future Features Series: Noah News Feed

 by Product Manager Søren Kristensen

Thanks to the Noah User Group (NUG), HIMSA has received lots of feedback on exciting new features and improvements to add to future versions of Noah System and Noah basic modules.

In the coming months we would like to introduce you to these features that you can look forward to, thanks to our NUG members.

This month’s future feature is: the Noah News feed.

The Feedback

Many NUG members have asked us for an easier way to keep informed on important Noah issues. They need quick access to information such as Noah product releases, new tutorials, tips on using Noah, upcoming product features and more.

This type of information is currently included in the HIMSA newsletter, received by over 6000 professionals each month. However, as impressive as this sounds, this is just a fraction of the estimated 60000 Noah users worldwide.

Most users simply find it too difficult to fit one more email newsletter into their busy daily routine.

The Solution

The main goal is to make important Noah news and tips as easy to see and access as possible … without being a nuisance.

That’s why in a future release, HIMSA will begin providing selected HIMSA news directly in Noah System. The news feed will appear to one side of the Noah System desktop when you start the software. Just as important, the feed will disappear as soon as you choose a patient, so it won’t get in the way of your work.

That way the latest updates and tips are only a click away. You can read when you start Noah in the morning or take a quick glance during a pause between patients.

HIMSA plans to provide the Noah News feed in English, French, German and Spanish.

The Noah News feed is only one of many great suggestions from our NUG members. If you want to be a part of NUG, click here for more information.

And stay tuned for more future features in the next HIMSA newsletter.
