Microsoft has been more and more active getting locations updated to Windows 10.
The word on Windows 10 has been very positive but in some cases the update is being pushed to computers that have outdated and unsupported versions of software installed, Noah included!
If you plan to move to Windows 10, update your Noah and HIMSA Member Company software first. If you do get the Windows 10 update with an older version of Noah 4 installed, you may see an error launching Noah. To resolve, simply upgrade over the top to Noah 4.5.1. In some cases the HIMSA Basic module installation may hang up installing the HIMSA Modules (Audiogram, Journal and Questionnaire). Those modules can be installed manually. See details here.
