As most hearing care professionals are aware, HIMSA products, Noah, NOAHlink, and Noahlink Wireless are distributed and supported by HIMSA Member companies.
HIMSA has an online training program for support representatives from Member Companies and Distributors that covers the history of HIMSA, Noah support tools and troubleshooting steps, as well as in-depth looks at features such as Noah Mobile technology, Integrating Noah with SQL Server, and Noah and Directory Services.
Representatives that complete the training receive certification as Certified Support Engineers. New training modules are released periodically, and certified support representatives are required to stay up to date.
Companies that distribute HIMSA products are required to have at least one certified support engineer on staff in order to provide first level of support for our Noah users.
Look for the certification seal when deciding where you will purchase your Noah System; this will ensure excellent technical support for your HIMSA products.
