Happy New Year to all hearing care professionals and the hearing care industry from HIMSA.

2024 was an extraordinary year for HIMSA, with the release of Noahlink Wireless 2, the continued growth of Noah ES, important updates to Noah System and three new HIMSA member companies as well.

And 2025 promises to be exciting as well.

I would like to take the opportunity to look back at the important milestones of 2024, and to take a brief look at what’s in store for the new year.

Looking Back

One of the major highlights of 2024 was Noahlink Wireless 2, which was officially released at the beginning of the year and is now available in over 60 countries. Noahlink Wireless 2 has been designed to be backwards compatible with Noahlink Wireless. It also provides support for Bluetooth BLE 5.3 and a robust USB-C connector.

Noah ES continued to grow in 2024, with over 900 new users. In addition, Noah ES was successfully released in Australia and New Zealand last September. To celebrate, HIMSA will be planting a total of over 1000 trees where they are needed most.

HIMSA has also continued to update Noah System 4.15, which includes the Microsoft SQLite database. HIMSA encourages all Noah System users to update to the latest Noah System, to help ensure you are using secure and supported technology.

And HIMSA also added three new member companies in 2024. HIMSA would like to thank our new members for joining HIMSA and support HIMSA standard products. HIMSA has over 150 member companies, including hearing instrument providers, audiometric equipment manufacturers, practice management providers and more.

Moving Forward

In 2025, HIMSA will continue to follow its charter from the members of the hearing care industry and listen closely to feedback from our users and members. This feedback provides an integral and important part of our product development process.

Based on this feedback, Noah ES will continue to evolve and become even easier to use. This will include the ability to more easily use Noah ES in situations where an Internet connection is not available.

Noah System will also continue to be supported and upgraded as necessary to ensure compatibility with the latest supported technologies.

HIMSA will continue to work hard in 2025 to obtain approval for Noahlink Wireless 2 in even more countries.

And HIMSA will continue to encourage support for the Noah standard worldwide through cooperation with our member companies.

We would like to thank all hearing care professionals and the hearing care industry for your continued support in 2024. We look forward to a promising and exciting cooperative effort in 2025.
