HIMSA is pleased to announce that Noah ES is now available in Australia and New Zealand.
Noah ES is the cloud-enabled version of Noah. With Noah ES, your patient data is always available, always up-to-date and always secure.
Since the initial Noah ES release in the USA and EU in 2022, HIMSA has asked hearing care professionals worldwide to contact us if they are interested in Noah ES availability in their region. Feedback from HCPs helps us to gauge the viability and prioritize the expansion of Noah ES to additional regions.
During this process, Australian professionals have shown massive interest in using Noah ES.
“Over the past several months, HIMSA has been working hard to ensure that Noah ES meets all the necessary legal requirements for the Australian and New Zealand markets,” says Anders Nielsen, Product Manager at HIMSA. “Including the addition of a Noah ES Azure server located in Australia. Now that the preliminary work and testing is complete, we are now ready to welcome all hearing care professionals in Australia and New Zealand as Noah ES subscribers.”
A Local Touch
In its first two years, Noah ES has proven to be very reliable, and downtime and support issues have been rare. And in these cases, our support portal has helped users solve most issues quickly.
However, it is still nice to know there is someone in your corner, just in case you need them.
“At HIMSA, we feel it’s important for Noah ES users to have a local contact in a closer time zone should there ever be a need,” says Nielsen. “That’s why we have partnered with Otowave to help us provide sales and support for the Australian and New Zealand markets.”
