For locations that use the old NOAHaud 3 (originally released with NOAH 3) module for printed reports, a Microsoft update KB5000802/ 808 released in early March has caused the printed report to print black boxes instead of the expected testing symbols.
There is the possibility that a future update from Microsoft will remedy this issue, but NOAHaud 3 has not been supported by HIMSA for some time and no fix is planned from HIMSA.
In addition to the printed report problem, some reports from the field indicate Impedance data is no longer saving to NOAHaud 3 after updates. Saving data results in an error ‘There was a problem saving to Noah System’.
The supported audiogram module from HIMSA is the Noah 4 Audiogram Module. The module can be downloaded from the HIMSA website. Please check the version of Noah you are using to download the compatible version of the Audiogram Module:
