If you have updated to Noah 4.10 or higher and are getting 50138 and have exhausted other troubleshooting steps that apply, it is possible that on the specific machine, it is the REST networking that is the issue.

This is a rare problem and HIMSA would like to be involved in the support case if this is the issue.

With Noah 4.10 thru Noah 4.14, it is possible to switch to Genuine Channels networking as a temporary solution, but HIMSA would like to evaluate first.

After Noah 4.14, Genuine Channels support will be discontinued.
