Important: Noah 4.16.1, released on April 3rd 2025, includes the SQLiteToMSSQL tool located at C:\Program Files (x86)\HIMSA\Noah 4.

For Noah System 4.16.0, the SQLite to MSSQL tool used to configure Noah with a Microsoft SQL Server database was inadvertently not updated in the Noah 4.16.0 installation package.

If a location does run the tool located at C:\Program Files (x86)\HIMSA\Noah 4 the following error will appear:

To fix this error:

  1. Delete the SQLiteToMSSQL tool located at C:\Program Files (x86)\HIMSA\Noah 4
  2. Download the updated SQLiteToMSSQL configuration tool available on the right-hand side of this page.
  3. Copy the tool to C:\Program Files (x86)\HIMSA\Noah 4
  4. Run from there
