Windows users may try to launch Noah on a PC where another Windows user already has Noah open. They may have selected ‘Switch Users’ in Windows or they may have logged into a machine where another user has walked away with Noah open and the machine has locked with their account.
Noah does not support ‘fast user switching’ so it is not possible to select ‘Switch users’ in Windows to log in with a different Windows account and successfully launch Noah.
To use Noah with another Windows account you must Log off or Sign out of Windows and log in as the other user.
If this occurs Noah will provide the following message:
To resolve, reboot the PC or have other user log in, close Noah, and log out.
