In Noah System 4.13 if there is an active patient selected and the PC goes to sleep, when the computer is woken up and you try to change patients the ‘wait circle’ spins and the patient record is not changed. Noah must be closed and reopened to become responsive again.
To prevent this, close out of the patient record after each encounter and close Noah at the end of the day. Also, possible to set the sleep mode for a longer wait time in Settings.
This issue has been resolved in Noah System 4.14.
