You wish to uninstall/reinstall Noah as a troubleshooting step.

Instead of removing Noah, it is preferable to choose Repair when troubleshooting.

  1. Open Windows Start (lower left corner).
  2. Search for Control Panel
  3. If the results are shown by Category, open the category Programs
  4. Open the console Programs and Features
  5. Find the program Noah 4
  6. Right-click on it and choose Repair
