It has been discovered that in some cases the Sycle Noah integration is not supporting a required Noah business system function of saving and retrieving patient data setup. This issue has been reported by Widex and can be seen in the Compass GPS software when using GPS in Sycle and performing a Widex Remote Care fitting or requesting a consent for Data Sharing.
Note: This issue has been resolved in Sycle Pro with Sycle Noah Sync 4.12.113.0
