La capacité à suivre toute l’activité liée aux données du patient est une importante caractéristique de sécurité dans Noah. Cela inclut la modification des dossiers des patients, l’exportation des patients, la suppression des patients et plus encore. Ces événements sont enregistrés dans le Journal d’activités de Noah. Le Journal d’activités est automatiquement activé lors de l’installation.

Le Journal d’activités peut uniquement être géré par un Administrateur de Noah. Par défaut, le journal n’est pas disponible pour les utilisateurs de Noah du Niveau 1 ou du Niveau 2.  La capacité à ” Voir le Journal d’activités ” est une action qui peut être configurée sous les définitions de Niveau d’utilisateur dans la Noah Console.

Les fonctionnalités principales :

  • Une base de données séparée pour le stockage des dossiers. Les événements du Journal d’activités sont enregistrés dans une base de données Microsoft Compact Edition cryptée. 
  • Chaque événement comprend la date et l’heure, le nom d’utilisateur connecté, le nom du PC, le nom du patient, l’activité spécifique et, dans certains cas, des notes supplémentaires. La capture d’écran ci-dessous montre un exemple.
  • Le journal des activités prend en charge l’archivage manuel des dossiers afin que l’emplacement puisse conserver un historique aussi longtemps que cela s’avère nécessaire. En plus de la possibilité d’archiver les dossiers, un administrateur Noah pourra supprimer les dossiers obsolètes. L’archivage et la suppression des dossiers sont des activités enregistrées.
