When entering and saving a new Audiogram, the Evaluation Date defaults to today’s date, but it is also possible to select a date in the past.

This feature is useful as many Noah Audiogram module users first record the audiogram on paper and then manually input it. The input process may take place days later and they wish to record the date the test was performed.
When a date in the past is selected, Noah will store the audiogram action in Noah with the action date as the Evaluation Date.
Q: Once an action has been saved can the Evaluation Date be edited?
A: No, it cannot.
