Noah System 4.15 was first released in August of 2023, almost one year ago! Upgrades have been proceeding trouble-free especially if some preparation is done to review the changes in Noah 4.15.
In Noah System 4.15, the Microsoft CE Database is replaced by a SQLite database. Due to this major upgrade, a number of additional installation guidelines apply.
