Managing Director
Happy New Year to all hearing care professionals and the hearing care industry from HIMSA.

2025 was an unusual year for HIMSA, with security improvements and releases dominating the last several months.
However, security wasn’t the only topic of 2025. The continued strong growth of Noah ES, Noahlink Wireless 2 availability, and new HIMSA member companies rounded out an eventful year.
And 2026 promises to be exciting as well.
I would like to take the opportunity to look back at the important milestones of 2025, and to take a brief look at what’s in store for the new year.
Security, Security, Security

All our carefully laid plans for 2025 were swept to one side, as the need for improved security took center stage. HIMSA would like to thank all our customers, distributors and employees for their willingness to adapt to the new security reality.
Thanks to the massive industry cooperation, Noah 4.117 now provides an excellent secure foundation for the future evolutions of the Noah ES and Noah System products.
If you haven’t upgraded to 4.117 yet, please do!
It is packed with must-have security improvements to help protect your patient data.
And Excellent Growth
Noah ES grew strongly in 2025, with over 4000 users worldwide as of January 1st. In addition, Noah ES was successfully released in Canada in December 2025. Noah ES is now available in the USA, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

In addition, there are now four HIMSA members who offer Noah ES based management systems to their customers, and three more who integrate with Noah ES for their own internal PMS systems.

Noahlink Wireless 2 has also grown, and is now available in nearly 100 countries worldwide.
And HIMSA has added several new members over the course of 2025, bringing the total to over 150 member companies, including 36 hearing instrument manufacturers.

HIMSA would like to thank all our members for joining HIMSA and support HIMSA standard products. HIMSA member companies include hearing instrument providers, audiometric equipment manufacturers, practice management providers and more.
Moving Forward
In 2026, with the release of Noah 4.117 now complete, HIMSA can now continue to follow its charter from the members of the hearing care industry and to feedback from our users and members. This feedback provides an integral and important part of our product development process.
Noah ES will continue to evolve and become even easier to use. This will include the ability to more easily use Noah ES offline, in situations where an Internet connection is not available.
HIMSA will continue to work hard in 2026 to obtain approval for Noahlink Wireless 2 in even more countries.
HIMSA will continue to encourage support for the Noah standard worldwide through cooperation with our member companies.
And last but not least, we will of course keep an eagle eye on Noah software security, and react quickly if necessary.
We would like to thank all hearing care professionals and the hearing care industry for your continued support in 2025. We look forward to a promising and exciting cooperative effort in 2026.
