El software Noah hace lleva muchos años proporcionando a sus usuarios las garantías necesarias para asegurar un uso adecuado de los datos de paciente.  Para mayor seguridad y responsabilidad, Noah cuenta con una función de Registro de actividad que registra todos los eventos que tienen lugar en Noah.  

Hemos introducido mejoras importantes en Noah 4.9 que conllevan un mayor seguimiento y mejor gestión del Registro de actividades en Noah.  Estas mejoras incluyen:

  • Una base de datos nueva para guardar registros. En Noah 4.9 hemos desplazado el Registro de actividad a una base de datos encriptada Microsoft Compact Edition. Esta base de datos está protegida en la estructura de archivos de Windows, lo cual significa que ni siquiera un administrador de OS puede acceder al archivo. 
  • Mejor gestión de registros. El nuevo registro de actividades admite el archivado manual de registros de modo que el gabinete pueda mantener un historial durante el periodo de tiempo que necesite. Además de archivar registros, un Administrador Noah podrá borrar registros obsoletos. El archivado y borrado de registros se registran como actividad.
  • Muchas otras actividades son registradas y se incluyen más detalles de la actividad en cuestión.  También hemos mejorado la capacidad de búsqueda y clasificación.

El Registro de activad se activa automáticamente durante la instalación.  Puede habilitar o deshabilitar el registro con una cuenta de Administrador en: Configuración, Administración, Configuración de Servidor Noah, Habilitar Registro de actividad. Si ha habilitado Noah Mobile, no podrá deshabilitar el Registro de actividad.
